The following primary antibodies are provided by Applied Biomics with a fee for each Western blot:

Anti-Bacteria HCP antibody: E.coli; Lactococcus lactis
Anti-Mammalian Cell HCP antibody: Vero Cell; CHO; BHK; HEK 293; A549; MRC5; PER.C6
Anti-Yeast HCP antibody: Saccharomyces cerevisiae; Pichia pastoris
Anti-Insect Cell HCP antibody: SF9; SF22
Others: Anti-Bovine Serum Protein antibody; Anti-Mycobacterium Protein antibody; Anti-Goat-Milk Protein antibody

Customers are responsible for providing the other primary antibodies not listed above.

All the fluorescent labeled secondary antibodies are provided by Applied Biomics.

1. Price covers:
1) Trans-blotting 2D Gel to PVDF or Nitrocellulose membrane
2) Membrane images scanned after the transfer (see an example)

2. Price covers
1) Western blot using the primary antibodies provided by customers, Applied Biomics will provide secondary antibodies
2) Membrane images scanned after Western Blot (see an example)

Each Western blot will cover 2 hour data analysis:
1) Protein images and Western blot images
2) Antibody coverage with DeCyder screen-shot
3) Product purity with DeCyder screen-shot (only applies when product area is defined)

Price does NOT cover:
1) Primary antibody provided by customer
2) Manual matching spots and manual circling and numbering spots on power point images
3) Customized data request in addition to the standard request

Turnaround time is 5-7 business days for >=3 samples, and up to 10 business days for <=2 samples. Please see procedure of LC-MS/MS for detailed steps of this service.

Low complexity samples: 1D gel band - Each sample should contain only one gel piece with one protein band, no bigger than 1x1x2mm in size. Samples with more than one gel piece, and/or more than one protein band will be considered as moderate to high complex samples. We recommend you cut out only the area with your protein of interest (1x1x2mm size) and follow these guidelines to prepare samples
Moderate complexity samples: protein mixture such as IP or column purified sample, <50 proteins
High complexity samples: more than 50 protein mix

Price covers the following:
1) Nano-LC coupled with auto-spotting
2) MS/MS
3) Standard database search against one species in NCBI or SwissProt database using MASCOT
4) Data report: list of proteins and quantification by EmPAI score

Price does NOT cover: 1) sample preparation; 2) data request in addition to the standard report.
